Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Suitable for resale
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required to help us resolve the issue quickly.
